HumiSeal UV40 is a high-performance UV-curable Conformal Coating widely used in PCB Assembly, Prototype PCB Assembly, and SMT Assembly for fast, reliable protection of electronic circuits. What is HumiSeal UV40?

HumiSeal UV40 is a single-component, high-solids, UV-curable conformal coating that becomes tack-free almost instantly when exposed to UV light.

Its key feature is a dual-cure mechanism:

• Primary cure: rapid UV curing for immediate handling
• Secondary cure: moisture curing that completes curing in shadowed or hard-to-reach areas within 2–3 days

This makes it highly suitable for complex PCB designs where UV light cannot reach all areas.
