\u53ef\u9760\u6563\u71b1\u7ba1\u7406\u7684\u91d1\u5c6c\u82af\u6750\u8207\u92c1\u8cea PCB<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-68bfc7b7 class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">\u96a8\u8457 LED \u6280\u8853\u7684\u4e0d\u65b7\u9032\u6b65\uff0c\u652f\u63f4 LED \u6280\u8853\u7684\u5370\u5237\u96fb\u8def\u677f\u5df2\u6210\u70ba\u78ba\u4fdd\u9577\u671f\u53ef\u9760\u6027\u548c\u6700\u4f73\u6548\u80fd\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u5143\u4ef6\u3002\u8207\u6a19\u6e96\u7684\u786c\u8cea PCB \u4e0d\u540c\u3001,\u00a0<strong>LED PCB<\/strong>\u00a0\u9762\u81e8\u7368\u7279\u7684\u6311\u6230\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u6d89\u53ca\u00a0<strong>\u6563\u71b1<\/strong>.<\/p><p align=\"center\"><a href=\"\/zh\/%e5%8f%96%e5%be%97-pcb-%e8%a3%bd%e9%80%a0%e5%a0%b1%e5%83%b9\/\"><button style=\"background: black; color: white; padding: 10px 20px; border: none; cursor: pointer;\">\u53d6\u5f97 PCB \u88fd\u9020\u5831\u50f9<\/button><\/a><\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">LED \u5728\u904b\u4f5c\u671f\u9593\u6703\u7522\u751f\u5927\u91cf\u71b1\u91cf\u3002\u5982\u679c\u6c92\u6709\u6709\u6548\u7684\u71b1\u80fd\u7ba1\u7406\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u71b1\u91cf\u6703\u5927\u5e45\u964d\u4f4e\u6574\u500b\u7167\u660e\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u5149\u8f38\u51fa\u3001\u58fd\u547d\u548c\u6574\u9ad4\u53ef\u9760\u6027\u3002\u9019\u5c31\u662f\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u00a0<strong>\u91d1\u5c6c\u82af\u5370\u5237\u96fb\u8def\u677f (MCPCB)<\/strong>\u00a0, \u5c24\u5176\u662f\u00a0<strong>\u92c1\u88fd\u5370\u5237\u96fb\u8def\u677f<\/strong>, \u5728\u5927\u591a\u6578\u5927\u529f\u7387\u548c\u4e00\u822c\u7167\u660e\u61c9\u7528\u9818\u57df\uff0c\u300c\u6c19\u6c23\u71c8 \u300d\u5df2\u6210\u70ba\u884c\u696d\u6a19\u6e96\u3002.<\/p><figure \u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u670d\u52d9\u65bc\u5317\u7f8e\u548c\u6b50\u6d32\u7684\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7522\u696d\u548c\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u5305\u62ec<\/p><ul><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">\u6c7d\u8eca\u7167\u660e (\u8eca\u982d\u71c8\u3001\u8eca\u5167\u71c8)<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">\u8857\u9053\u548c\u9ad8\u901f\u516c\u8def\u96a7\u9053\u7167\u660e<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">\u5de5\u696d\u548c\u5546\u696d\u9ad8\u68da\u7167\u660e<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">\u91ab\u7642\u7167\u660e\uff08\u624b\u8853\u5ba4\u3001\u8a3a\u65b7\u8a2d\u5099\uff09<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u9ad8\u751f\u9577\u690d\u7269\u7684\u8fb2\u696d LED \u7167\u660e<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">\u53ef\u651c\u5f0f\u7167\u660e\uff08\u624b\u96fb\u7b52\u3001\u71c8\u7c60\uff09<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">\u4ea4\u901a\u8207\u4fe1\u865f\u7167\u660e<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">\u8ecd\u4e8b\u8207\u822a\u592a\u9818\u57df\u7167\u660e<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4><strong>\u70ba\u4f55\u9078\u64c7\u6211\u5011\u7684 LED PCB \u88fd\u9020\uff1f<\/strong><\/h4><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">\u6211\u5011\u63d0\u4f9b\u771f\u6b63\u7684\u00a0<strong>\u4e00\u7ad9\u5f0f\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848<\/strong>\u00a0LED PCB\uff0c\u5c07\u88fd\u9020\u3001\u5143\u4ef6\u63a1\u8cfc\u548c\u7d44\u88dd\u6574\u5408\u65bc\u4e00\u9ad4\u3002\u6191\u85c9\u8d85\u904e 20 \u5e74\u7684\u7522\u696d\u7d93\u9a57\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c08\u6ce8\u65bc\u63d0\u4f9b\u00a0<strong>\u9ad8\u6548\u80fd\u3001\u9ad8\u6210\u672c\u6548\u76ca<\/strong>\u00a0\u6839\u64da\u60a8\u7684\u78ba\u5207\u898f\u683c\u91cf\u8eab\u6253\u9020\u7684\u677f\u5361\u3002.<\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">\u6211\u5011\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u512a\u52e2\u5305\u62ec<\/p><ul><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>\u512a\u7570\u7684\u71b1\u80fd\u7ba1\u7406\uff1a<\/strong>\u00a0\u6211\u5011\u5c08\u7cbe\u65bc\u91d1\u5c6c\u6838\u5fc3\u548c\u92c1\u8cea PCB\uff0c\u5176\u5c0e\u71b1\u4ecb\u96fb\u5c64\u53ef\u6709\u6548\u5730\u5c07 LED \u7684\u71b1\u91cf\u5438\u8d70\uff0c\u4f7f\u5143\u4ef6\u4fdd\u6301\u4f4e\u6eab\uff0c\u4e26\u5ef6\u9577\u7522\u54c1\u58fd\u547d\u3002.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>\u8a2d\u8a08\u8207\u88fd\u4f5c\u5f48\u6027\uff1a<\/strong>\u00a0\u5f9e\u6a19\u6e96\u7684\u92c1\u5e95 FR-4 \u5230\u9ad8\u6548\u80fd\u7684 MCPCB\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u91dd\u5c0d\u60a8\u61c9\u7528\u7684\u71b1\u548c\u6a5f\u68b0\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u5ba2\u88fd\u5316\u6750\u8cea\u548c\u7d50\u69cb\u3002.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>ISO \u8a8d\u8b49\u54c1\u8cea\uff1a<\/strong>\u00a0\u6211\u5011\u9075\u5b88\u56b4\u683c\u7684\u570b\u969b\u54c1\u8cea\u6a19\u6e96\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u95dc\u9375\u4efb\u52d9\u5c08\u6848\u7684\u53ef\u9760\u6548\u80fd\u3002.<\/p><\/li><li><p - \u5efa\u7acb\u5925\u4f34\u95dc\u4fc2<\/strong><\/h4><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">\u6211\u5011\u4ee5\u6613\u65bc\u5408\u4f5c\u70ba\u69ae\u3002\u6211\u5011\u77e5\u8b58\u6df5\u535a\u7684\u652f\u63f4\u5718\u968a\u53ef\u900f\u904e\u96fb\u8a71\u3001\u5373\u6642\u804a\u5929\u6216\u96fb\u5b50\u90f5\u4ef6\u56de\u7b54\u60a8\u7684\u6280\u8853\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u4e26\u63d0\u4f9b\u660e\u78ba\u3001\u6709\u7af6\u722d\u529b\u7684\u5831\u50f9\u3002\u6211\u5011\u7dad\u6301\u00a0<strong>99% \u5ba2\u6236\u6eff\u610f\u7387<\/strong>\u00a0\u6ce8\u91cd\u6e05\u6670\u6e9d\u901a\u548c\u6e96\u6642\u4ea4\u4ed8\u3002.<\/p><h4><strong>\u7acb\u5373\u958b\u59cb\u60a8\u7684 LED PCB \u5c08\u6848<\/strong><\/h4><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">\u6e96\u5099\u597d\u5411\u524d\u9081\u9032\u4e86\u55ce\uff1f\u900f\u904e\u6211\u5011\u7684\u7db2\u7ad9\u63d0\u4ea4\u60a8\u7684\u8a2d\u8a08\u6a94\u6848\uff08Gerber \u512a\u5148\uff09\u548c\u9700\u6c42\u3002\u00a0<strong>\u9032\u968e\u8a02\u55ae\u7cfb\u7d71<\/strong>\u00a0\u6216\u76f4\u63a5\u586b\u5beb\u4e0b\u9762\u7684\u806f\u7d61\u8868\u55ae\u3002\u6211\u5011\u7684\u5de5\u7a0b\u5718\u968a\u5c07\u70ba\u60a8\u63d0\u4f9b\u8a73\u7d30\u7684\u5831\u50f9\u548c
